This is a truly magnificent house, with a swimming pool, delightful garden, woodland walk. Who needs to go to The Riviera?  In a sublime setting, far reaching sea and mountain views  - a home in the truest sense, loved by all!

The house exudes fun and happiness and welcomes you in. The American cartoon pictures and whacky signs, the huge and splendid drawing room, the welcoming kitchen and pretty dining room with a bougainvillea mural climbing up the is sumptuous and you will relax and be happy here.

The Garden House, so aptly named, with each room opening out on to part of the garden, either terraced or grassed, but all with seating areas.

As you walk down to the sitting room and open the doors a marvellous room awaits you.  If you opt for modern, chic living, where everything is perfect, this may not be for you, but there is so much character here from the smell of woodsmoke to the large, well used sofas.  The large open fire is comforting at all times of the year, the views are unsurpassed with great corners for play, read and stargazing through the well placed telescope.  If you can take your eyes off the view you can watch telly or a DVD.  I will leave one interesting surprise for you on arrival!

A happy, bright and huge kitchen set around a large farmhouse breakfast table.  The owners who use the house a lot have left the cupboards stocked so please use and replace as you find. There is absolutely everything to hand to cook delicious meals, or better still give us a call and book a cook for the week! Dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, range cooker, just everything!

As with the drawing room this kitchen does not have matching plates, mugs etc but reflects the home that this house is and you have everything you need to make a simple breakfast or a formal dinner party.

A pretty breakfast room a few steps from the kitchen, and opening out on to the terrace for alfresco meals in the summer. Why not throw open the doors and bring in the lovely air?  The pretty mural of bougainvillea is so good you can almost touch it and be sure not to miss the huge model aeroplane!

Four bedrooms:

A lovely double Room with en-suite bathroom opening on to the garden.

The splendidly large Master bedroom with a generous and sumptuous en-suite bathroom.

Childrens' twin room.

Double bedroom - en-suite.

Two en-suite bathrooms.

Family bathroom with shower, loo and wash hand basin.

There are also two separate loos with wash hand basins

With washing machine, drying space and ironing facilities

As the name suggests the gardens are varied and delightful and you will sometimes find a gardener pottering around somewhere. Lovely walks through the wild flower meadow abundant with colour in the spring and pleasant and earthy in the autumn, and you must have a chat with the scarecrow.   Woodland walks where you might be lucky enough to spy one of our native red squirrels, who are making a remarkable comeback on Anglesey.  The neat vegetable patch is there for you to share and enjoy the produce, as are the espaliered fruit bushes along one of the walls.  The fountain has a charming wild flower feel and the terrace is slightly more formal.

There are also lawned areas where you can play games with the thoughtfully provided croquet set, balls, a kite and all sorts of goodies for children both young and old to enjoy.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi are set up on a high point with the most amazing vista (only available between April to September).

The double beds are supplied with two duvets, closeness without the danger of duvet stealing in the middle of the night - the best of both worlds!  A double duvet can be supplied on request but not in the master bedroom as the bed is too large for any double, king or emperor cover!
