Steps from the kitchen/dining area lead down and through a bold, concrete square ‘arch' to the large wood-floored sitting room. This has a quieter area for reading, conversation and games and another area with seating around a very unique fireplace - bound to impress all guests. With TV and DVD player. Two large cushions under the stairs make an ideal den for younger members or lounging teenagers!

Just off the kitchen/diner is a separate family area, ideal for grandparents or teenagers. Sitting room with comfy seating set around a modern wood burning fireplace. One double bedroom, one twin room and a fully tiled shower room with walk-in large double-headed shower, wash hand basin, loo and heated towel rail.

The large, spacious kitchen/dining room is spectacular. The vaulted ceiling has three lights reaching down to highlight the large table and create the perfect ambience. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, two electric ovens (one with a useful plate warming drawer), gas hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, microwave, toaster and all the utensils you could ever need.

Downstairs double bedroom, with feature roll top bath in front of the window where you can soak up the wonderful mountain views. Stairs from the sitting room lead up to two double rooms and one twin, all en suite. Two more bedrooms in a separate family area.

The downstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower room, beautifully tiled from floor to ceiling with large double-headed shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Both the upstairs bedrooms are en-suite - individual, luxurious and tiled from floor to ceiling. One of the double rooms has a roll top bath facing the amazing view. In the south west of Anglesey, Clynnog House is only five minutes from Newborough Forest (home to a growing colony of red squirrels) and the long sandy beach beyond. You can cross the bridge to the mainland in 15 minutes, taking you to the heart of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.
