So many of our houses have impressive outlooks but the views here are truly outstanding and the location is superb. Elevated above the water's edge with panoramic views over the Menai Strait with Snowdonia a spectacular backdrop. Aptly named Glan Dwr, which translates to Waterside, there is a view from nearly every window, the terraced garden has seating areas and at the very bottom even has it's own, private wooden dock so you can cast your rod or throw your crab line directly off the wooden deck!
Situated between the popular towns of Menai Bridge and Beaumaris with a huge variety of pubs, restaurants, cafes and individual little shops. Don't want to drive? The Gazelle Hotel is less than a 5 minute stroll away for either a beer (or two!) or a meal. You can walk to Menai Bridge in approximately 25 minutes, too.
Well equipped with AGA, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and toaster
The utility next door houses fridge/freezer, washing machine and drier.
Dining Room with feature fireplace (not in use)
A fabulous room with large curved bay window and seats to drink in those views and even a telescope.
Comfy sofas and chairs set around an open fire, large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.
All 4 bedrooms benefit from glorious views of the Menai Strait and the mountains beyond.

The garden is a delight with wonderful plants, paths and seating areas. The grounds extend right to the water's edge where there is a wooden dock.
There is a wide pavement that can accommodate your car on the roadside.
Access to Glandwr is through the garden door and down some steps.
Please note there is a holiday apartment above Glan Dwr sleeping 4 Glan Dwr Bach, ideal if your party is more than 8. It has it's own entrance and does not have access to the garden or jetty.
The terraced gardens has steep areas and lead down to a wooden dock right on the water's edge and guests with young children need to be mindful of this.
