Thick stone walls, slate flooring, a splendid inglenook fireplace, AGA, beamed ceilings all add to the character and charm of this house and with full central heating it is welcoming at all times of the year!
Surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers, in an area rich in history, myth and culture this is a magical place. From the village of Llanberis, less than a ten minute drive from the cottage, you can take a train up Snowdon, enjoy a trip on Padarn Lake, visit the slate museum and Electric Mountain and sample the many activities this area offers.

3 steps up from the ground floor inner hall is a twin bedded room that has a crog loft furnished with bean bags and TV, an ideal haven for teenagers!

Ground floor - double ended bath, separate shower, loo and wash hand basin.

Enclosed garden with patio, lawn and a river to one side burbling its way down the mountain. Ample parking
typical of many remote, rural properties, access is by a rough track (also 2 farm gates). While pets are welcome at this property it is sheep country and they must be kept under full control.
