In the heart of Snowdonia, this picturesque stone cottage has stunning views of the lake and mountains. Facing down the valley, it looks across Lake Gwynant, which is fringed with trees, to the mountains that rise from the shore. This wonderful view can be enjoyed from the fireside or from the garden.

Definitely, not for those wanting to holiday in the lap of luxury, but the location is unparalleled. Lovely timbers have been used for floors and window seats, bringing warmth and cosiness, adding to the rustic charm and character of this old house.

Close to Llanberis, Capel Curig and Beddgelert, Pantlleni is perfectly placed for exploring Snowdonia by car, or for walking the many footpaths that lead to the peaks and along the valley. About half an hour's drive away are the sandy beaches of Anglesey and the Lleyn Peninsula; golf, horse riding and fishing are close by.

The kitchen has a Stanley range (like an Aga) to provide cooking, central heating and hot water. There is also an electric hob, a microwave and a fridge with ice box. A dining/breakfast area is to one side.

The beamed sitting room is a bright and welcoming room with polished wooden floors, bright rugs and a window seat in a deep bay to encourage you to sit and wonder at the views.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, the double room looks across the lake and valley and the twin room has mountain views.

Downstairs bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, wash basin and loo.
