Anglesey boasts more than 125 miles of stunning coast and bucketful's of beautiful, award-winning beaches. Almost the entire coastline has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
As well as being breathtakingly beautiful, it’s a wonderfully varied coastal landscape which takes in towering rugged cliffs, beautiful secret coves, sheltered shallow bays and sweeping, expansive sands.
It’s a coastline where you’ll find plenty of treasure, from the rock pools that reveal themselves at low tide to the wild orchids that grow in the marram-grass tufted dunes. And lookout for the abundant bird and wildlife that, for much of the year, makes Anglesey its home.
There are beaches here to delight everyone, from water sports enthusiasts to dog walkers, nature-lovers, history buffs, committed sandcastlers and families who are just looking for the best place for a picnic (preferably not too far from the ice cream and loos!).
We love our beaches on Anglesey. These are some of our favourites. Just click on the image to find out more about each beach including its location and places to stay nearby.
You'll find the following properties just a stone's throw away from the beach so it couldn't be easier to get out and enjoy the expanse of golden sand and clear waters.
All our cottages are places we would happily stay in ourselves - we promise you'll love them!
