A delightful, bright and cosy cottage with the most breathtaking views across the tidal estuary to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, and across to the other side of this pretty bay, just an idyllic retreat, walking distance from the restaurant which had the most tantalising aromas pouring from the kitchen when I passed.

This is the cottage that Sir Kyffin Williams lived in and painted from his studio beside the house. Now completely refurbished by its new incumbent artist Sophie Keir, Min y Mor is a peaceful relaxing sanctuary on Anglesey where you can sit and watch the boats sail by on the Menai Straits, the birds, the mountains, the sky, at night time there is little light pollution and you can see the moon rising from behind the Snowdonia mountains a truly magical spot.

Tai Ffolt is the most enchanting house sitting above the village of Nefyn, with spectacular ocean views to Anglesey, and the pretty bay at Porthdinllaen. The sky at night is as magnificent with little or no light pollution, this really is a magical place to stay.
