Customer Service Administrator
We offer hundreds of fabulous self catering cottages on Anglesey, the Lleyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Our philosophy is simple – we only choose cottages that we would holiday in ourselves, we enjoy working with friendly people and we offer an old fashioned service to our guests.
If you have great people skills, humour and a passion for creating memorable holidays that make people smile and want to come back for more, you are certainly someone we would like to hear from!
We are open 7 days a week, 9am - 7pm. So we are looking for someone who is flexible to help the team cover these hours on a rota basis and is able to work in either our Criccieth or Harlech office.

Digital Marketing Assistant
Location: Brynsiencyn, Anglesey
Working as part of our in-house marketing team, you'll be working to develop our online presence. You will be central in assisting the development and maintenance of our website, as well as implementing website testing and maintenance protocols. Ideally you will be familiar with CMS and be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally. In addition, you will support the Marketing Manager in daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for you to join a growing team with a lot of personality!
This full time role is based in our marketing office, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you've got a good sense of humour, a can-do attitude and have great attention to detail skills, then we want to hear from YOU!
