Mynydd Twr Archaeology Walk, Holyhead Mountain
A 5 mile guided walk tgo the summit of Mynydd Twr, visiting the Iron Age hillfort of Caer Twr and Ty Mawr Hut Circles, one of the best preserved ancient settlements in Wales.Meet at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park's information centre. The walk should finish at approximately 3pm, take a packed lunch and some waterproofs, and wear appropriate footwear. This is a fairly strenuous walk.
