When you have been to a restaurant and really enjoyed it, waxing lyrical about the service and quality and recommending it to everybody you know, the next time you go, hoping to impress friends, it is often a disappointment. However, Rhiwafallen just continues to impress time after time! I’ve always received a very warm welcome and am always impressed with the quality and presentation of the food, influenced from the top quality produce available locally prepared in a global way that shows varied experience. The service is efficient and exceptionally friendly and the after dinner drinks lounge in delightful. The wine list is varied without being overwhelming. I recommend Rhiwafallen. Be sure to book though, this intimate 20 seat restaurant is becoming increasingly popular and always busy!

This pub is a firm favourite with both locals and visitors alike. Meals are served in the either the traditional bar, or in a separate ‘bistro’ style area for a slightly more formal dining experience. To eat in the dining room, we recommend you book in advance as Y Garddfon is busy every evening. In the summer months, outside the pub is a hive of activity with people enjoying a cold beer whilst soaking in the magnificent views of the Menai Strait as the sun goes down.

This is a great calm peaceful place to enjoy excellent food, whether you want a coffee and delicious chocolate square or lunch. We suggest you give it a try. You will come away feeling relaxed, and replete. Ring for their evening events. Tel 01286 685500

Nant Yr Odyn, Pub and Restaurant

This is a really pleasant restaurant. You can also pop in for a glass of something, open for dinner every evening and Sunday lunch. The food is good - vegetables cooked to perfection, cheerful service and reasonably priced.

Ann's Pantry

What a find! Walk off the Coastal Path in Moelfre and there across the road is 'Ann's Pantry'.  The best bowl of Minestrone Soup ever eaten - even colouring book and crayons to keep our granddaughter happy whilst wating for the soup! They think of everything! There is a Specials Board and evening meals served at weekends, which I have been informed are excellent.
