Welcome to our new meet the team series

Every month or so, we will introduce you to all the people who make Menai Holiday Cottages the best local agency in North Wales.

And who better to start with than our MD Jack.

Jack has been involved with holiday letting for most of his life. His family and most notably his mum “Bun” have been involved with Menai Holidays for over 20 years. His knowledge of holiday letting in North Wales is second to none.

Why should people visit North Wales?

There is a huge variety of actives for all age groups and all budgets. From free days on the beach and in the mountains, to special days out to one of North Wales’ huge attractions.

Have you stayed in one of our properties?

Several – I am a big believer that I will not look after a house that I would not stay in myself!

What would you say to someone who is thinking about letting their property with Menai Holiday Cottages?

Make sure you select the right agent from the outset. We can help to point you in the right direction in the buying process, as well as when making any alterations to your property so that they benefit both the customer and yourselves equally. A good agent will also proactively managed your prices to ensure you are always achieving the best possible booking volumes.
