“We thought Bryn Mor was lovely and we would most certainly return.”

    However...... ...

However...... I did contact Kate direct re concerns over the cleanliness. The kitchen floor was absolutely filthy and there were dog hairs in many rooms including bedrooms and on chairs! The top of the Aga was thick with grease, and some kitchen units had to be cleaned. In fairness Kate responded immediately and said she would get the cleaner back straight away. We did, however, deal with the issue ourselves. This is not a critisism of the property (and especially not Kate as she was lovely) but of the cleaners. I paid a great deal of money for one week and did expect it to be spotless for my family, especially at Christmas. The third shower room was disappointing and we refrained from using it. Perhaps a suggestion but whilst the welcome pack of Quality Street and a bottle of fizz was very acceptable, in other properties (we rent twice a year) had milk, butter, bread, cheese etc.
