Miss Humphries “Ideally situated right next to the centre of the town so only a short walk to shops bars restaurants etc.”
A great place to also set off and explore other areas close by.

Mr Moore “Lovely little cottage and we'll thought out.”
However: We stayed here last year and I commented then that the sofa was past it's best. This year it was plain uncomfortable. Even though we have the identical gas fire lighting system at home, I couldn't get this one to light. If it had been really cold I would have been on the phone. And finally, the first holiday rental I've been in that had no corkscrew or bottle opener.
- Mr Moore, October 2020Mr Hallam “Excellent location with just short walk to town centre.”
Parking only a small issue but advised appropriately. Although didn’t require, Instructions for heating were not really clear for those less adept at dealing with such. Otherwise loved cottage and wished we had had a longer stay.
- Mr Hallam, September 2020Ms Talbot “External impression on arriving very disappointed due to the cottage looking unkempt with weeds at the front and back, a number of refuse bins at the front and dirty windows.”
This was a shame as the interior of the cottage was pretty, very comfortable and had everything we needed.
- Ms Talbot, September 2020Mrs Jeffries “This was a lovely little cottage, close to the town centre and also a good location to go to other places on Anglesey.”
We fortunately had lovely weather for the whole week, but unfortunately the garden was a bit of a let down, was overgrown and quite dismal with no table and chairs to extend our evenings in the warm evening sun so our hope of BBQs and a glass of wine were not to be. All in all we we had a lovely holiday so thank you!
- Mrs Jeffries, August 2020Mrs Driver “A very comfortable stay as always.”
Very convenient to town centre. We were very concerned about the oven, as I switched it on to cook, I got a nasty shock! We immediately switched it off and when we left the house, we wrote a large note making the cleaner aware.
- Mrs Driver, July 2020Mr Morton “The seating needs updating as the settee and chair where uncomfortable.”
The cottage claimed to have a DVD player, we took with us a few DVDs and as the weather was bad we felt ley down, if we had known beforehand we would have brought one with us.

The cottage was perfect a nice quite bolthole to hide away and relax saying that the area had lots to do such as lovely walks places to visit and on a good day the beach was only 2 minutes walk all in all lovely area and beautiful cottage
- Mr Walker, February 2020acc48 “Not quite 5 *”
“Cottage was delightful, Excellent position for walking into town, 2 min walk to sea front and amenities. Unconfortable seating in lounge. Wi fi connection very good. Very comfy bed , light airy bedroom ,watch out for the low ceiling at the top of the stairs. Kitchen well equipped. Small downstairs bathroom. Outside space a let down ..unable to sit outside the bench didn't look safe! the outside space needs a lot of tlc. The rope hand rail on stairs not suitable ..as the rope did not give support for walking up the stairs. Despite the negatuves we enjoyed our stay here.
- acc48, July 2019“Gorgeous little cottage, comfortable & welcoming.”

Pink and cute decor, very comfortable bed, kitchen with everything we needed. Just two minutes stroll from seafront, five minutes from shops - perfect location.

- Patrick Peake,Lynne Collins “The cottage was wonderful; perfect for 2.”
So comfortable and welcoming. The decor is fab.. We would definitely book again.
- Lynne Collins,Sheila Elliott “Although the cottage is smaller than we usually book, it was really cozy.”
The bed was the best we have ever slept in.Lots of utensils in the kitchen although not used much as we ate out alot.
- Sheila Elliott,Peter Butler “Really lovely cute cottage.”
It had everything you might need, parking around the corner was no hardship always a space. Excellent location,2 minutes from beach, shops, pubs etc. Only slight criticism would be 10AM check out.

It was a lovely cottage and we were lucky with the weather but One star deducted because the upstairs TV never worked or was connected and much more could have been made of the patio at the back

About the location
BEAUMARIS
Menai Bridge 4 miles.
Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, as well as fishing opportunities and boat trips in the town, plus a golf course nearby. Along the coast is a large bay called Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and at low tide, almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered providing safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
