A new entrance hall will welcome you into the house - The ground floor will be will be home to two new bedrooms; one twin bedroom (zip/link option can be made as king on request) and an adjacent king room with its own access to the garden.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one super king and one king), Both bedrooms have gorgeous views one with its own private balcony and will continue to have their own en-suites.
An extension to the property will house an open planned kitchen with dining area on the ground floor, with a double height ceiling to allow natural light to flood into the room whilst benefiting from spectacular views of the bay.
Plans will be provided as soon as possible and please keep in mind that there may be small changes to the design once in the build is in progress.
For the current layout; The kitchen and dining area is a large sociable space with French doors opening out onto the sheltered patio area and garden with a table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining.
This well equipped kitchen has free-standing hand painted units, a range cooker, dishwasher and a fabulous bright red American-style fridge freezer, and the large dining table seats eight.
Just off the kitchen is a cosy little snug with a large flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor with zip'n'link small single beds which can also be made up as a king size bed.
Opposite this room there is a bathroom with a loo, washbasin and shower.
Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms (one superking and one king).
Both of the upstairs bedrooms have gorgeous views and are accessed by separate stairs.
Both rooms have their own bathrooms with roll-top baths.
There is a handy tap by the back door for washing off sandy feet, from here you can head into the utility and drying room which has space for your dog to sleep, hooks and hangers for coats and wetsuits and a washing machine.
The sheltered courtyard is a lovely suntrap, furnished with a dining table and chairs, as well as two steamer chairs and a BBQ to take advantage of the space and the views.
You can stroll along the sand to the local pub, The White Eagle, buy crab & lobster from the local fisherman, explore the coastal footpath, or book a kayaking or coasteering session.
