“It's the 2nd time we've stayed here and it's very cosy and in a quiet area.”

Ruth is very welcoming and everything is thoughtfully provided for, e.g. tea towels, bedding, towels, iron, washing up liquid, salt & vinegar, flowers and goodies for us and our dog. It's a shame that although there is a booster for the hot water, it doesn't provide enough hot water for a deep soak in the bath and the bathroom sink water tends to drain slowly. It's a lovely place to stay and dog friendly Ty Hir, next door, can also be booked through Sykes, for larger family gatherings. We ...

There is an additional table and chairs in this room, too.Upstairs is one double bedroom and and one twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with a separate shower, loo and wash hand basin. There’s a separate utility room with a washing machine and space for hanging outdoor clothing. Outside is a lovely, grassy and large enclosed garden with garden furniture, plus an additional garden at the back of the house which captures the evening sun.Sit here with a cuppa - or something stronger if you prefer - and soak up the sunshine, fresh air and views!

"A dear, much-loved little cottage, busy all year round where you can enjoy the views of the mountains coming down to meet the sea." Llangoed is a sleepy rural village with a well-stocked shop and Post Office.

Five minutes' drive away is Beaumaris, where you'll find some of Anglesey's best restaurants and cafes, interesting shops, and of course, the Castle. The cottage next door, Ty Hir, also sleeps 4 and is delightful - ideal for friends or families wanting to holiday together but who need their own space.
