“Really enjoyed our stay at Anwylfa.”

The house is well equipped with all the little things making a big difference, for example tea bags, vinegar, even board games, and of course the lovely wecome basket. The location was perfect with lots of interesting walks nearby. Would also recommend the local chip shop. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This three bedroom property is just moments away from the coastline, where you will find a collection of subline beaches, as well as plenty of superb shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy.

At the end of an action-packed day, head into the comfort of the open-plan living/dining, flick on the gas fire to allow a gentle warmth to fill the space before tuning into the TV or gathering at the dining table to tuck into home-cooked dishes and toast to a wonderful holiday in Wales.

From here, find the well-equipped kitchen, where the chef of the group can make the most of the electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Concluding the interior of the cottage are three well-presented bedrooms, the master suite notable for its plush super king bed with TV, whilst the second bedroom boasts a twin bed and the final bedroom contains a single bed, all three designed with a delightful décor and good storage space.

Continuing to impress is the garden area, with stunning views of the mountains and sea, a truly tranquil space to bask in the sunshine where you can relax and look forward to a spot of alfresco dining while you plan the next day's adventures.

Meander into the village centre of Moelfre and look forward to exploring its collection of eateries, as well as admiring the far-reaching views of Snowdonia.

Afterwards, stroll to the pebbly beach or visit the Seawatch Centre, where you can try your hand at fishing or simply try and catch a glimpse of sea birds, seals and even dolphins!

Explore the isle further with a visit to Menai Bridge, a town boasting a superb array of restaurants with stunning views over the Straits, or there is the town of Beaumaris, complete with its 13th Century Castle and known as the greatest castle that was never built, steeped in history and an architectural masterpiece.

Other attractions upon the isle include a visit to the South Stack Lighthouse & visitor centre, accessed via a descent of 400 steps down the mainland cliffs and the National Trust property of Plas Newydd House and Gardens, whilst the Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) awaits the avid rambler across the water.
