The property

Eithin Aur is a charming bungalow, attached to the Bull Bay Golf Club clubhouse in Amlwch on Anglesey.

Boasting views over the 18th hole of the green, as well as the picturesque Anglesey coastline, this all-ground-floor property is ideal for keen golfers and for those who want to explore Anglesey's picturesque coastline.

Park your car in the clubhouse' carpark and make your way to the property to discover an enclosed front patio, where you can sit out and enjoy the views of the green and the coast with a glass of wine on a summer's afternoon.

Step inside to discover an open-plan living room with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, offering all the appliances you'll need to cook up some delicious meals for the group, which can be enjoy together at the dining table.

After dinner, retire to the sitting room and relax on the sofa with a family film, while during the daytime, you can slide open the patio doors to enjoy the wonderful views.

When sleep is calling, choose from two bedrooms; a king-size double and a twin with zip/link feature, which can be made into a super-king-size double on request, both offering plenty of storage space and able to cater to a variety of group types, sharing access to the family bathroom with shower over bath.

Amlwch's town centre is less than a mile from the property, a popular area for sea fishing, as well as boasting an extensive mining history, evident in many of its attractions, including Old Mine Works at Mynydd Parys, where you can see the red, yellow and purple rocks, thought to resemble the surface of the Moon, and embark on the Heritage Copper Trail, which makes up a small part of the 125-mile coastal path.

The property is within close proximity of the Anglesey Coastal Path, which you can embark on in either direction; head south towards Benllech to find a wonderful beach, a good selection of shops, pubs and cafés and easy access to Plas Newydd House & Gardens, while Beaumaris boasts an impressive castle and gaol, the Old Court House Museum and a lovely beach and pier, where you can enjoy a boat trip to nearby Puffin Island to see puffins and other birdlife in this protected habitat.

From here, cross the Menai Bridge over to the mainland to discover the bustling university town of Bangor, as well as the magnificent Snowdonia National Park, brimming with exceptional walking and cycling trails, as well as rugged climbing peaks, glistening lakes, and fantastic outdoor activities.

Bull Bay, or Porth Llechog in Welsh, which means "sheltered bay", is a picturesque seaside village on the northern coast of the Isle of Anglesey. It is the most northerly village in Wales, and boasts wonderful coastal scenery, with the island of East Mouse lying within the bay, which is rocky, shingly and offers rockpools for shrimping and crabbing. The village has a hotel with restaurant and bar, an excellent golf course, wonderful scenic walks along the renowned Anglesey Coastal Path and exciting fishing and bird watching. 1.5 miles east is the old port of Amlwch, and Parys Mountain, where visitors can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk amidst the old ruins of what was once the world's largest copper mine in the 18th century. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages, and once was a thriving port. Enjoy the medieval town of Beaumaris, with its 13th century moated castle, museums, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, a sea zoo, Plas Newydd mansion, or take a day trip into Snowdonia, or visit Dublin from the nearby port of Holyhead.
