The location provides a great base to explore the enchanting coastline and the South Stack lighthouse which North Wales is famous for.

After your scenic drive up the mountain you will find Goferydd perched a few metres away from the cliff providing you with the most beautiful surroundings as you unload your car.

The luxurious snug provides an inviting retreat after long coastal walks which you can find on the doorstep of Goferydd, or after a day at the beach such as Porthdarach Beach or Trearddur Bay which are just a short drive away. A 55-inch Smart TV with the entire Sky package, as well as BT Sport and Netflix can be found in the adjoining sleek day lounge with two sofas and patio doors that open out to the enclosed garden with views across the sea.

The property allows easy access from one room to another allowing a feel of open-plan whilst also maintaining an air of privacy. In the contemporary high-spec navy blue kitchen equipped with luxury Neff appliances plus Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher you'll be able to cook up a storm while taking in the vast sea and coastal vistas from one window, as well as the Snowdonia mountain range from the other.

Take advantage of your close proximity to the iconic South Stack RSPB and Elin’s Tower where you can take in stunning views of the local wildlife, including guillemots and puffins as well as the peregrine falcon or visit the ancient Hut Circles just short distance down the road by foot. Be sure to make a stop at the renowned 18th- century lighthouse known as South Stack (Goleudy Ynys Lawd) which is just over the road and if you are feeling brave descent the 400 steps for a closer look at the sea birds as they nest upon the cliffs during the summer months.

Take a short drive over to Holyhead where you can find a good selection of supermarkets for any last-minute shopping needs.

You will also find a good selection of restaurants serving fresh local fish and dishes is only a short drive away such as Oceans Edge, Sea Shanty or the White Eagle.

Avid hikers can easily reach the scenic 200-kilometere Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path, which boasts some of the region's best vistas and landscapes or take the multitude of coastal walks right on your doorstop. HOLYHEAD

Trearddur Bay 3 miles.

The bustling town of Holyhead rests on the North West coast of the Isle of Anglesey, the largest town on the island and perhaps known best for being the main ferry port to Ireland. Steeped in history, the town boasts the remains of Roman town walls and forts, medieval burial chambers and stone village foundations. Explore the Breakwater Country Park, a former quarry, which offers designated walks through the grounds. The park is full of interesting wildlife, most notably the seals who visit the Holyhead coast, and outlines the amazing construction of the world's longest breakwater, some 1.8 miles, which today protects the harbour. Visit the colourful marina with its yachts and tall ships, or the town's maritime museum, with its tales of 100 shipwrecks in the vicinity. Day trips to Ireland can be enjoyed easily from here, with Dublin just 90 minutes away on the fast ferry. With spectacular cliff top walks over Holyhead Mountain, golden sandy beaches at the award winning Trearddur Bay and the Snowdonia National Park just a 20 minute drive away, this is a superb holiday location, at any time of the year.
