The property

A lovingly refurbished bungalow in a quiet rural location just a mile away from the delights of Church Bay where a visit to the Wavecrest Cafe and The Lobster Pot is a must. "The beach is just a five minute walk from this simple, bright and cheerful happy holiday house." The beach, a mixture of sand and shingle, is sheltered and long days and early evening barbecues can be enjoyed here.

The sunsets here are quite stunning from many vantage points on the coastal footpath and the lookout above the beach over the sea and the Skerries Lighthouse itself. The bright and light open plan living space has a modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box compartment, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

There is a dining table and chairs for 4.

The living area has a comfy seating and flat screen TV.

Sunny conservatory with seating. There are two bedrooms.

The first is a large double room with doors opening to a lawned area and a twin room.

The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The washing machine and tumble drier are located in outbuilding to the rear.

Outside there are lawned and patio areas, and a greenhouse with it's own vine.

There is parking for two cars on the drive
