The property

The Anchorage is a spacious house located within the grounds of The Lobster Pot renowned seafood restaurant, moments away from the golden sands and Blue Flag beach at Church Bay on the Isle of Anglesey.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is a fabulous, well-equipped base for families, couples and friends to share a memorable experience together on this historic island.

You can enjoy a plethora of activities such as sea kayaking, birdwatching and coastal walking before fully relaxing and making the most of your down time in the comfortable sitting room, with a refreshing glass of something cool.

On a chilly winter's evening you can enjoy the welcoming warmth of the woodburning stove and you can catch glimpses of the sea as you appreciate the comfort of the couches.

Your party can get together around the dining table and tuck into a tasty meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen as you make plans for the following day, perhaps entertain yourselves with one of the board games the house provides.

The outdoor space has a picnic bench to watch the world go by and for relaxed alfresco dining on a balmy afternoon or take a break from cooking and sample a taste of fresh seafood next door in The Lobster Pot, you could even indulge in a night out at one of the pubs or restaurants in the quaint little fishing village of Cemaes Bay.

Anglesey offers a wide variety of activities, from the Anglesey Sea Zoo, a should visit with the little ones to charter fishing trips and day trips over to Ireland, if you're feeling particularly adventurous.

Enjoy the unspoilt countryside, fabulous sunsets and scenic coastal path here at Church Bay, with this wonderful base to return to at the end of each day.

Church Bay nestles on the stunning north west coastline of Anglesey, boasting a superb seafood restaurant and a Blue Flag sandy beach, renowned for its safe, family fun, excellent kayaking, fishing and birdwatching. Close by, the village of Llanfaethlu provides a local shop and a Post Office (open on Tuesdays and Thursdays). Wales' only working windmill is within easy reach, providing an opportunity to see corn being ground the old fashioned way, while the surrounding countryside boasts excellent fishing, birdwatching and coastal walks, with climbing on offer in Snowdonia.
