On reading the maintenance book and feed back online this has been a recurring problem since October last year. The cleaning was not of a good standard with crumbs all over the downstairs floors, dirty and stained sofas in both rooms, grill only working on one side, this has also been reported in the maintenance book but still unresolved. The mattress in the main bedroom is badly stained and no mattress protector.
