The property

Llanerchymedd in Anglesey is home to Clydfan Cottage, a charming two-bedroom holiday home.

Clydfan Cottage is fantastic dog-friendly home for couples, or a family of four, and their canine companions, because it's just a short walk away from the local amenities and within easy reach of a good selection of beautiful beaches.

Look forward to cooking up a storm in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen/dining area, which includes two refrigerators, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

Enjoy your meal at the dining table for four over a celebratory bottle of fizz or dine alfresco out in the rear garden while your four-legged friends run and play on the lawn.

After dinner, snuggle up with loved ones in the sitting room and select a family favourite from the large TV as the evening’s entertainment.

As your eyes grow heavy, climb the stairs up to the first floor, where you can choose from two well-appointed bedrooms to catch your rest in, a double and a twin, both with plenty of storage for your belongings.

In the morning, start your day right with a steaming cup of coffee and a refreshing shower in the large double shower, before heading out to explore.

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a dinner at the Bull Inn or the Twrcyhleun Arms in the nearby village, where there is also a well-stocked convenience shop and a fish and chip takeaway for when you fancy dining in the comfort of Clydfan Cottage.

Continue onto Holyhead, where you can enjoy scenic hikes along the well-known Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path, taking in some of the best sights and scenery around, learn about the area's maritime heritage in Holyhead Maritime Museum, and take a look at the natural beauty of Parc Gwledig Morglawdd Caergybi Breakwater Country Park with its fishing lake and birdwatching areas.

Taking a ferry across the Irish Sea to Dublin is a great way to get a flavour of what life is like in Ireland.

Make sure you visit Treaddur Bay's award-winning Blue Flag Beach, where you can relax on the golden sands or try your hand at surfing.

For those who wish to test out their clubs whilst on holiday, the Beach Golf Course is a great option.

The National Trust site of Plas Newydd House and Gardens is located in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, and if that's not your thing, go on to the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, where you can climb the famed Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Peak or take in the breath-taking views from Zip World Penrhyn Quarry.

For a memorable getaway to Anglesey, choose Clydfan Cottage.
