Enter into the warmth of the barn conversion and be greeted by a seamless blend of contemporary style and character, with the exposed beams complementing the plush sofas, 4k Smart TV and formal dining table.

Light up the woodburning stove and sink into one of the sofas, which are perfectly positioned for admiring the stunning sea views, framed by the tall floor-to-ceiling triple-glazed feature window.

Regroup for a sociable evening at the well-presented dining table, where you can map out the next day's adventure, toast to a wonderful holiday or delight in a home-cooked dish prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

The kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to cater wonderful meals for the whole family, like hearty breakfasts before a day of exploring the coastal setting.

From here, you will find an inviting snug room, which is certain to delight younger guests of the group, with its Smart TV to catch up on the latest box sets or to while away fun-filled hours playing the PlayStation 3.

Alternatively, many hours can be spent in the superb UV heated indoor swimming pool, promising fun for all ages, and providing a perfect activity for a rainy day.

Once the evening draws to a close, retire to one of the five bedrooms, each one containing plush beds draped in gorgeous linens and home to plenty of storage for your things.

Choose between a super king-size bedroom, a king-sized bedroom and a twin bedroom, all located on the ground floor with the first two both enjoying en-suite bathrooms, whilst the sumptuous master suite can be found up the staircase and boasts an impressive super king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and a dressing room.

Continuing to impress, the property also has an annexe-style wing, complete with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite, perfect for those seeking privacy away from the rest of the group.

During the summer months, be sure to spend some time on the huge decked area, where the outdoor furniture allows you to sit back and relax with a glass of fizz to further admire the stunning views of the sea and coast, whilst the meadow to the front of the property is great for allowing your canine companions to roam and stretch their legs, or maybe join the coastal path which runs adjacent to the property.

When no one feels like cooking, or you have a special occasion to celebrate, venture into the nearby town of Beaumaris, where you will be spoilt for choice by the wide variety of place to eat, ranging from tapas to takeaways, and fine dining restaurants to traditional pub grub, all of which are accompanied by a number of shops for picking up any essentials.

Whilst here, be sure to admire the medieval castle and learn about its history before heading to the beautiful shoreline for a beach day, as well as to find opportunities for boat trips and fishing.

Other afternoons can be spent at the sublime beach of Red Wharf Bay, an extensive area of fine sand covering nearly 10 square miles, where you are promised an abundance of birdlife, such as purple sandpipers, curlew and shelduck, or venture to Newborough Beach to soak up the sunshine with the Snowdonia mountain range as your backdrop, before enjoying a leisurely walk around Newborough Forest with its several walking and cycling trails.

Cross the bridge to explore the rugged majesty of Snowdonia National Park, where adventure awaits in all forms, including walking, climbing and plenty of cycling too, it’s a truly stunning setting.

The village of Llangoed is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the beautiful east corner of the Isle of Anglesey, offering a shop and Post Office. Nearby is the fascinating and attractive town of Beaumaris, boasting a 13th century castle, Georgian and early Victorian houses and shops, a number of excellent tea rooms, restaurants and stylish shops, and a delicatessen. Visit the town’s old courthouse and Victorian gaol, or the pier where you can fish for crabs or catch a boat to see the birds on Puffin Island. From the pier and promenade there are spectacular views across the Menai Straits and Snowdonia. Nearby Penmon Priory, founded in the 6th Century by Saint Seiriol and with its Holy Well and Dovecote, is just a short walk away on the coastal footpath.
