“The House exceeded expectations for such a price.”

Cleanliness is always our priority over EVERYTHING else. For such a big place, hats off to the owners for ensuring this.

Cleanliness is always our priority over EVERYTHING else. For such a big place, hats off to the owners for ensuring this. We went with no great expectations, especially as it was February in the heart of storm Ciera. Had the best time ever in this rural gem. Thank you Mr Smith

The property

Ty Arwen is a beautiful holiday house, on the east coast of Anglesey, set in private landscaped gardens with glorious views of Lligwy Bay, towards the Great Orme and the magnificent mountains of Snowdonia beyond.

The lovely beach at Lligwy is less than a mile away, and the little known Traeth yr Ora, which is accessible only by foot and retains a sense of isolation and uniqueness, is also close by. "What a fabulous view to wake up to each morning.

A beautiful, carefully throughtout home finished to a high standard with love and care!" The design of Ty Arwen, combined with its light and airy position and coastal location, makes it the perfect property for a holiday whatever the season.

In the warm summer months, after a hard day on the beach, you can open up the patio doors and enjoy a glass of wine out on the rear decking or front patio. In the winter, you can cosy up in the spacious lounge with a fire roaring, and waste hours taking in the dramatic sea and mountain views. Ty Arwen incorporates many environmentally sound building techniques.

The quality of the furnishings perfectly complements the way in which the property is finished, with high quality tiled, laminate and oak floors, underfloor heating, triple glazing and high levels of insulation.
