  • Helen

“This property is amazing - beautiful location, fantastic views through bi fold doors.”

    Garden is great.

Garden is great. Rooms are nice. Everything is clean and well stocked. Furniture is very comfortable. This is one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in - they’ve thought of everything - even the pillows have protective covers under the pillow cases, small details that show they really care. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. We are going back - absolutely loved it. Thank you

The property

Ty Arwen is a beautiful holiday house, on the east coast of Anglesey, set in private landscaped gardens with glorious views of Lligwy Bay, towards the Great Orme and the magnificent mountains of Snowdonia beyond.

The lovely beach at Lligwy is less than a mile away, and the little known Traeth yr Ora, which is accessible only by foot and retains a sense of isolation and uniqueness, is also close by. "What a fabulous view to wake up to each morning.

A beautiful, carefully throughtout home finished to a high standard with love and care!" The design of Ty Arwen, combined with its light and airy position and coastal location, makes it the perfect property for a holiday whatever the season.

In the warm summer months, after a hard day on the beach, you can open up the patio doors and enjoy a glass of wine out on the rear decking or front patio. In the winter, you can cosy up in the spacious lounge with a fire roaring, and waste hours taking in the dramatic sea and mountain views. Ty Arwen incorporates many environmentally sound building techniques.

The quality of the furnishings perfectly complements the way in which the property is finished, with high quality tiled, laminate and oak floors, underfloor heating, triple glazing and high levels of insulation.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £250.

About the location

MOELFRE

Lligwy 2 miles; Benllech 2.5 miles.

Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859.
