Moelfre is one of the prettiest villages on Anglesey with a local pub, cafe and shop close to hand, in addition to the Seawatch Centre a small museum and shop with the fascinating maritime history of the area, and the recently rebuilt RNLI station.
The small sheltered shingle bay is just a short stroll from the cottage where you can enjoy home made ice cream or explore the area's spectacular scenery by using the coastal path where you can walk to Lligwy Beach, a popular sandy beach or head off to Benllech and it's Blue Flag Beach.
