The property

Tyn Lon holiday cottage has panoramic sea views over Lligwy to Dulas Island with its romantic stone tower.

This traditional family friendly farmhouse provides excellent holiday accommodation has a ground floor bedroom and en-suite shower room, making it ideal for every generation.

Tyn Lon is close to the seaside village of Moelfre and is an easy stroll to the beach and guests return both summer and winter to enjoy this pretty house." The large living kitchen has ceramic hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining table for 8, wall mounted TV, sofa and dining table for eight.

The utility has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, second drinks fridge, espresso coffee machine and hanging space for outdoor clothes.

The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, flat screen digital TV and wood burning stove.

Variety of books, games and a IPod player.

Ground floor bedroom with zip and link beds that can be made as a super king by prior request.

The ensuite to this bedroom has an electric shower, basin, loo and radiator.

Upstairs has 1 twin room, 1 double room and 1 single room with wooden cot.

The upstairs main bathroom has shower over bath, loo, basin and electric radiator.

There is an enclosed rear garden and a paved terrace area with views of the sea in the front.

Situated on the beautiful east coast of Anglesey, Moelfre is a delightful seaside village, boasting little cottages, a picturesque port, a beach, fine views of Snowdonia, a working lifeboat, and two quality pubs/restaurants. Visit the hugely popular local Seawatch Centre, enjoy fishing or watching sea birds, seals and even dolphins, or discover wonderful cliff-top walks with stunning mountain views. The village has many historic links, the most recent being the site of the tragic Royal Charter shipwreck in 1859. There are stunning sandy beaches nearby, at Benllech and Lligwy, and the lovely Red Wharf Bay, with its miles of open sands and birdlife. A perfect location for travelling around this lovely island and throughout beautiful Snowdonia.
