“DAMP (the smell hits you as you enter the property) cottage with no doors and we got 2 dogs so we couldn't contain them so we had no sleep Beds uncomfortable.”

No Wifi but was advertised as having Wifi (no matter how many times we keyed in correct password of modem it failed to recognize and connect which in turn rendered the advertised smart tv dumb) . NO Blinds or curtains to the back windows including the bathroom, so a big privacy problem. Outside seating area was right next to a mucky stinking horses and goats shed, the flies were a big problem. You couldn't sit outside as it smelled too bad. Heating was on a timer so you had no control over it ...

Outside seating area was right next to a mucky stinking horses and goats shed, the flies were a big problem. You couldn't sit outside as it smelled too bad. Heating was on a timer so you had no control over it (some nights were cold this June) . And at the end of the holiday we are expected to remove duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases! Also the first day of the holiday you can only enter cottage 4pm plus (which reminds me... the front door key mechanism is old and faulty, when its locked it takes a number of attempts before it unlocks thus from a safety point requires rectifying).

Thank you for your feedback I’m sorry to hear you did not enjoy your holiday in our beautiful part of Ynys Mon, I’m a bit baffled at damp June weather was good 15 degrees not weather to show damp, the cottage is advertised as open plan, the beds have memory foam mattress maybe not to your liking, yes there is Wi-Fi shame you didn’t ask me for assistance with it, there are no blinds in the sunroom as the rear of the cottage is not overlooked by anyone only the grounds and the animals front of cottage has curtains where other guests and our self could pass, we will look into putting blinds in the sunroom the bathroom has obscured glass, the stables I can guarantee you are not mucky horse manure is classed as the least offensive manure as it is only grass and it is only the rear of the stables you can see from the garden for the time of year and the weather was in the 15 degrees the heating comes on late afternoon through the evening until late and then early morning if you wanted it on longer you only needed to ask WE do not ask anyone to strip the beds we leave that totally to your selfs some do some don’t totally at your discretion, don’t understand your comment you cannot enter cottage until 4pm do you feel thi is too late the front door mechanism is new actually Property Owner
