    “The cottage was in a good location for getting to beaches and towns on Anglesey.”

    It was clean and cosy. The bedrooms were lovely but we were very uncomfortable in the double bed. I think it may need a new mattress or base as I had bad back pain every night.

Glasfryn is an end-terrace stone cottage in the village of Llanfaethlu on the Island of Anglesey.

The cottage sleeps three people and has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and a family bathroom.

Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a utility room.

Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture and BBQ.

Situated on Anglesey Glasfryn is an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the Island.

Holyhead 10 miles.

The small village of Llanfaethlu nestles close to the stunning, north west coastline of Anglesey. Amidst spectacular cliffs and sandy beaches, this unassuming village provides a local shop and Post Office, whilst nearby Church Bay boasts a superb seafood restaurant. Wales' only working windmill is within easy reach, providing an opportunity to see corn being ground the old fashioned way, whilst the surrounding countryside boasts excellent fishing, birdwatching and coastal walks, with climbing on offer in Snowdonia. Indulge in fabulous watersports, including kitesurfing, diving and sailing at the stunning Rhosneigr beach, or enjoy 18 holes at a choice of three local golf courses. Spend the day at Anglesey Sea Zoo, visit the historic town of Beaumaris with its medieval castle and array of shops and restaurants, take a boat trip past Plas Newydd Country House or indulge in a day trip to Ireland. A wonderful, all year round holiday location.
