  • “This is our third visit to The Old Lifeboat House and we certainly were not disappointed in so much we booked again for 2020.”

We have also stayed in other Menai cottages and have been more than pleased with all of them but The Old Lifeboat House and the surrounding area the ever changing views from every window is more than we could wish for.

The property

Romantic and atmospheric - step out to the balcony, where the remains of the old lifeboat slipway can be seen in this beautiful south east corner of Anglesey, and hear the sound of seabirds, the salty smell of the sea and the mournful gong of Trwyn Du lighthouse.

You might even be lucky enough to see a dolphin pod while relaxing on the balcony with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. "What a location!

Just relax on the balcony watching for dolphin or porpoise, soaking in the fantastic vista - a real 'get away from it all' cottage." Just a short drive will take you into the bustling seaside town of Beaumaris.

Enjoy it's many interesting shops, cafés and restaurants or soak up some culture in the castle or Victorian gaol.

There's so much to do on Anglesey...that's if you can drag yourselves away from the sea views at this stunning holiday cottage!
