“Lovely sea view and balcony to sit out (Shame about the weather!”

). The apartment was spacious and warm and bed was comfortable. Quiet and peaceful despite adjacent building works which Menai Holidays had not mentioned to me. No work on going due to wet weather I suspect! There was a lack of Wifi connection in the flat but this was quickly sorted out by Janet the owner who was very responsive and helpful A few improvements would have increased my score. No work on going due to wet weather I suspect! There was a lack of Wifi connection in the flat but this was quickly sorted out by Janet the owner who was very responsive and helpful A few improvements would have increased my score. There is no non -slip mat in either shower and no facility for soap, shampoo etc. Not enough towels were provided for a 7 night stay. 3 towels only and I had to use one to stand on in the shower base. This is a safety issue especially for older guests like me. This meant that I did not have a hand towel for each bathroom in addition to a bath towel. The tv has no Netflix, Amazon etc. Nowadays , a Smart TV is a basic requirement for most not a luxury. Guests need to be aware that the flat is reached via an external staircase and that the parking space is up a very steep hill a distance away at the rear. Not ideal in wet weather for those with mobility issues.. A photo of Ithis on the listing so people can make an informed choice.

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate your time and comments. Any issues raised are important to me. With regards to the towels if you had let me know you needed extra I would have arranged this for you straight away and I am looking into appropriate options for the shower facilities. I am glad you enjoyed the apartment overall despite the weather. Property Owner

This is an ideal holiday apartment, and just a short walk around the bay are two of Anglesey's best restaurants - The Ship Inn and The Boathouse.

There is also a dining table with chairs. In this room, French windows open out onto the balcony where we recommend whiling away at least a couple of hours on a sunny summer afternoon! A short stroll takes you to The Boathouse or The Ship Inn.

Slightly further out, but still in Red Wharf Bay is The Tavern on the Bay which boasts beautiful views from the outside terrace.
