  • “The house and area is beautiful however we were very disappointed to find lots of things broken and unusable when we got there which put a bit of a downer on our holiday.”

Dining room chair back was snapped, the draws in one of the main bedroom just completely broke when we tried to open them. The toddler bed was unusable as it was so rickety. The games room was unusable. It wasn’t cleaned well, lots of dust/hairs under sofa on soft furnishings. It just needs some TLC and a really good clean. The downstairs bedroom is not really disabled friendly, it could do with the bed moving round somewhere else as you just can’t get past it without leaving several bruises on your legs! The outside area/garden is absolutely lovely and the bifold doors really bring the outside in. The hot tub was amazing but we was a bit put off by the cameras that were in the garden. Not sure why they were up but it made us feel a little uncomfortable.
