“Despite being reported on the first day and reported again on the following Monday the Trade Waste bin wasn’t emptied for the whole 2 weeks so the black bin liners were left in the shed.”

There were no instructions for the heating and as a result we had to have a heating engineer out to reset the control. The en-suite glass shower walls were unstable and the door didn’t shut properly. Although there were TVs everywhere they didn’t work well and there were no instructions. One tea towel for the whole fortnight. No oven gloves. No laundry bags for the bedding so bedding left in the hallway on departure. Welcome pack could have been better to include shortcut to beach ...

Welcome pack could have been better to include shortcut to beach through back gate. Disappointing property considering the cost but lovely setting and wonderful beach. Good cafe and takeaways!
