The layout of the house is superb with a breathtaking view of the beach from the living area and outside deck. Great quality bedding and towels and a well equipped kitchen all added to a fabulous experience. The location of the property is excellent, a 2min walk directly onto the beach and 2min walk to the shop, cafes and local pubs. We had an absolutely fantastic time and will definitely be back.

Private parking makes for an easy arrival to this quiet, residential area of the village before getting settled in.

Climb the stairs of the reverse-level house to find an open-plan living space where you can unwind after the day's adventures and spend quality time with your loved ones; set the dining table for six and rustle up a home-cooked dinner in the stylish, contemporary kitchen area, which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge, and dishwasher, making cleaning up a breeze.

On the first floor, there is also a convenient cloakroom where you can quickly freshen up!

The sitting area offers views of waves crashing on the beach, kite surfers and the Holyhead Mountain, while evenings may be spent cuddled up on the sofa watching a family favourite on the Smart TV, with an electric fire for added comfort on colder nights.

Pets and children will relish the garden space at Ty Melyn, along with a first floor, decked terraced with glorious sea views to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.

Three ground-floor bedrooms, including two ground-floor doubles and a bunk bed, invite you to unwind and rest in preparation for the next day, with ample storage space to keep your belongings.

Before venturing out, energise your day with a hot shower in the contemporary, ground-floor shower room and throw on your beach wear.

Take your dog for a stroll along the sand, stock up at the nearby convenience store, or dine at one of Rhosneigr's pubs and restaurants; plenty of coastal cafés and ice cream bars fuel a day of water adventures, from sailing and wreck diving to surfing and swimming, with a picturesque sandy beach to roll out your towel and soak up the sun.

Take a short drive to Llangefni, Anglesey's county town and home to Nant-y-Pandy Nature Reserve, a wooded valley rich in wildlife and history for family walks and bird watching, while Oriel Ynys Môn museum and gallery uncovers local culture, art, and legends.

Pack your clubs for a round of golf in Rhosneigr, which features a seaside course, plenty of shops and cafés, and a sandy beach to paddle the coastlines; be sure to explore Porth Diana Beach, which is just south of Rhosneigr for picture-perfect bays!

Start your exploration of Anglesey's gorgeous coastline walk at Holyhead, stopping for fish and chips along the marina, or why not complete your holiday with a ferry ride and day excursion to Dublin?

At the RSPB South Stack and the historic Goleudy Ynys Lawd (South Stack Lighthouse), built in 1809 with seasonal engine room tours and an exhibition area, nature lovers will find unusual species and stunning perspectives.

Another adjacent reserve, Breakwater Country Park, is a former rock quarry with fantastic rural walking routes and a lake for fishing with beautiful views.
