    “A magnificent house in stunning surroundings.”

    Even the beautiful pictures don't do it all justice. Fully equipped with everything you could need and then more. A family of four adults and three teens who where all well occupied in the area.

The property

Avilion is a stunning Grade II listed coastal property and one of the finest properties in North Wales.

Avilion sits elevated above the shore and boasts panoramic sea views, a large terrace, rolling gardens and is located right next to the beach.

It is luxuriously appointed and furnished, making it a perfect destination for the ultimate holiday getaway. Avilion contains seven bedrooms suites, sleeping 12 guests in total comfort.

There are four bedrooms all appointed with King Size beds, two single bedrooms and a further bedroom with two single beds.

In addition, all bedrooms are furnished with linen from The White Company, helping you to relax and sleep in total comfort.

Avilion’s interior is beautifully decorated and full of character, given the house is over 100 years old and Grade 2 listed.

The living room has excellent sea views, an expansive beamed ceiling, with a large warming open fire, perfect for providing ambience and atmosphere.

The living room also leads into a large turret, where you can relax and read on the awaiting Chaise Longue.

The living room connects into the dining room, which has seating for up to 16 on two large tables in the main room and adjoining turret.

With sea views from every direction and a large gas fire at the ready, it provides the atmosphere and setting for memorable evening dinners.

The spacious kitchen is superbly equipped with all mod cons, cooking appliances and the adjoining utility room and pantry are very useful for storage.

The bright and airy conservatory sits six for dinner and is also the perfect spot to relax on the large seats and sofa.

The views are something to behold and flow from the beach all the way to out to sea, as far as the eye can see.

You can even see as far as Ireland on a clear day Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom and bathroom.

On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with panoramic sea views, king size bed including Tempur mattress, and an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating in the turret.

The new and well designed bathroom allows you to shower, whilst looking straight out to sea.

You will also find two further King size bedrooms on the first floor with sea views, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with sea views.

All bedrooms are fitted with large built in wardrobes and most contain basins, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of group needs as well as ample storage for all your personal belongings.

There is also a large family bathroom on the first floor.

On the second floor, you have an additional king size bedroom suite and a further single bedroom with bunk style bed.

There is also an additional bathroom on the second floor, which is brand new and features sea views, underfloor heating and a walk-in shower.

Avilion is perfectly positioned to enjoy Trearddur Bay.

It’s right on the beach, yet elevated to afford some privacy and take advantage of the exceptional sea views.

The local pub (The Seacroft) is three minutes walk away and everything you could need for your stay is within walking distance.

Trearddur Bay also benefits from beautiful beaches where you can make everlasting memories with your loved ones while building sandcastles or trying your hand at a new watersport, with sailing, paddleboarding, diving and windsurfing being extremely popular.

Anglesey has amazing opportunities from golfing in Holyhead, birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve, and walking and cycling along the coast to keep you entertained whilst on holiday. Avilion is an exceptional choice for your coastal escape to Wales.

Holyhead 2 miles.

Trearddur Bay is situated on the western shore of Holy Island. It’s truly beautiful - a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). Watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing are the main activities in the summer months and golfers will enjoy the excellent Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It’s a great place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and lots of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. The Maritime Museum in Holyhead has an excellent cafe and the beautiful Holyhead Breakwater Country Park has walks for you to enjoy. Further afield there is the stunning Newborough with its excellent woodland and beach and Beaumaris with its town and castle. A great location with plenty to see and do!
