“The only hiccup apart from some heavy winds was we found the cottage difficult to locate on first arrival due to a post code that did not exist on my sat nav, and some rather vague written instructions.”

I phoned your office In some frustration but all they could suggest was that I return to Holyhead and refollow the instruction!!! Holyhead was about 20 minutes away. ...

I phoned your office In some frustration but all they could suggest was that I return to Holyhead and refollow the instruction!!! Holyhead was about 20 minutes away. We eventually found it more by luck than judgement having stumbled across one of the way markers mentioned in guidance note. Mildly frustrating!! The cottage is very remote but wonderful, very spacious, quirky , cosy if not toasty, spotlessly clean , nicely decorated and carpeted and fully kitted out. Perfect in fact It sits next to a nice beach but sadly we did not get the weather to fully enjoy that feature The cottage also sits on the Anglesey Coastal Path with pleasant walks in both direction. Our dog loved it Very highly recommended we would loved to have stayed longer I would only add that the cottage has lots of steps and stairs and would not be great for anyone with mobility issues

The property

Stabl Bach is a semi-detached cottage with a welcoming feel and fantastic flow throughout.

A large garden perfect for family games and a private gate leads you straight onto the beach - Wow!

It is ideal for family and friends looking to get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind in this gorgeous Anglesey coast location.

"Cosy cottage with sea views, a large garden with access to a sandy beach has the making of a perfect holiday in my eyes." Church Bay is close by is a pretty little village with stunning coastlines and sandy beaches to visit.

The Wavecrest Cafe and The Lobsterpot are both popular spots for food or just an ice cream.

And some beautiful spots are all within a short drive for a day out exploring Anglesey.

Amidst spectacular cliffs and sandy beaches, this unassuming village provides a local shop and Post Office, whilst nearby Church Bay boasts a superb seafood restaurant. Wales' only working windmill is within easy reach, providing an opportunity to see corn being ground the old fashioned way, whilst the surrounding countryside boasts excellent fishing, birdwatching and coastal walks, with climbing on offer in Snowdonia. Indulge in fabulous watersports, including kitesurfing, diving and sailing at the stunning Rhosneigr beach, or enjoy 18 holes at a choice of three local golf courses. Spend the day at Anglesey Sea Zoo, visit the historic town of Beaumaris with its medieval castle and array of shops and restaurants, take a boat trip past Plas Newydd Country House or indulge in a day trip to Ireland. A wonderful, all year round holiday location.

Please notes that there are stone steps down from the parking area to the house entrance.
