A leisurely fifteen minute stroll will take you to the centre of Valley which is well serviced with a good selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The area is a haven for walkers and cyclists alike, with the Anglesey Coastal Path being just a short walk from the cottages which offers plenty of scenic walks, as well as numerous cycle routes including the North Wales Coastal Route which runs from Holyhead to Chester. The popular beach resorts of Trearddur Bay, Rhoscolyn and Rhosneigr are easily reached and feature award-winning sandy beaches with plenty of opportunities to try your hand at some of the many watersports on offer. Other nearby attractions include the South Stack Lighthouse with its RSPB Reserve, and the port of Holyhead with a good selection of amenities is only three miles away.
