This property is ideal for a family holiday or a retreat with friends, as it is conveniently placed between Snowdonia National Park and the beautiful coastal villages on Anglesey.

Either way you’ll easily unwind watching the sun set from the large south facing balcony.

Enter your home-away-from-home, where you'll find a convenient utility where you can wash your clothes and towels after a sandy day at the beach.

There is also a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room on this floor. The second generous king-size bedroom is on the first floor and adjoins the family bathroom.

The remaining double bedroom offers a second ensuite shower room and an office area if you have to work remotely during your stay. Making your way up to the second floor, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and plush sofas which enhance the homes relaxing atmosphere.

The property offers a Smart TV so you can unwind with your favourite box sets.

The sitting room has stunning views of the Menai Straits through the patio doors which open onto the balcony and really steal the show; you won't want to go inside!

The kitchen/diner has seating for six guests and all the appliances you need for a self-catered stay, you will not be lacking in home comforts. Y Felinheli, and especially its marina, have always been a popular destination for visitors to North Wales.

The town has some fantastic eating spots including cafes, pubs and restaurants that offer fab views, along with a shop and post office for any essentials. Menai View is situated on the North Wales coastal path and from the door you immediately enter the beautiful Vaynol Estate which has many well defined paths.

The coastal path continues along the majestic Menai Straits, under both Anglesey bridges and into the towns of Menai Bridge or Bangor.

Heading south from the property on foot or by bicycle you have the option of the national cycle network along the old slate mine train tracks through Caernarfon and beyond to Criccieth. Further afield the opportunities are endless.

Anglesey offers beautiful beach walks with a well signposted coastal path network along with many child friendly options such as Foel Farm or the Sea Zoo. If you decide to explore the mainland side of this beautiful area, you have options including the castles of Caernarfon and Penhryn or child friendly options of Gypsy wood or Greenwood Family Park all within a few miles.

Finally Llanberis is a charming town in the heart of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and only 15 minutes away from the property.

It is home to some of the region's most popular attractions, including the Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway, and the National Slate Museum. Whatever you decide to do on your trip, Menai View is the ideal base
