“We stayed at this location for 2 nights.”

When we arrived we struggled to put the heating on so I called the contact telephone number stated in the manual, although my call was not answered I did receive a call back and was instructed to increase the pressure, at this point I had already noticed that the pressure was low and when I increased it was able to generate some heat...Most of the radiators did work. Regarding the cleanliness, we were really disappointed by this. We felt that the property could have been cleaned in a better way, this includes the bathroom and some rooms having cobwebs... the most concerning for us was the jacuzzi...the water was discoloured and the jacuzzi itself had moss / mould stains / body hair - again this was very disappointing because the private jacuzzi was one of the main reasons where we booked this place..... the biggest disappointment for is that on the day we were due to leave we did have any water...I did contact the person in charge but due to the bank holiday she said that the plumber would arrive after our departure. We left the location without showering which made us really unhappy. Overall a disappointing experience especially with the fact that we paid over £400 for 2 nights, for us some essential upgrades are needed to help improve the overall experience.
