“This was a lovely holiday home for our family and the grandparents including our dog.”

It was beautiful and clean with a lovely view of the mountains each morning. We would like to return again in the future, it was an ideal base to explore Snowdonia

Woodpecker is a wonderful first-floor duplex apartment located on the outskirts of Harlech, a lively town sandwiched between Gwynedd's countryside and coast.

The apartment provides the perfect home base for a family of five wishing to explore North Wales and Snowdonia National Park, just steps away from a variety of amenities, the well-known Royal St. David's Golf Club, and the spectacular Harlech Castlewhich can be seen from the property as well as mountain views.

Park in the communal area, before heading up the stairs to the second level to reach the open-plan living area, where you can make meals, eat, and relax in front of the TV.

After supper, refresh yourself in the bathroom, which is found on the first floor and is close to the bunk and double rooms, while the single is located next to the living area.

Start your day with a tour of the nearby castle or a stroll along Harlech Beach before heading to Barmouth and stopping at the Dyffryn Ardudwy Burial Chamber along the way; next, take a stroll over Barmouth Pier or a trek along the Panorama walking track.

There are other scenic areas to discover around the national park, including the Beddgelert Forest and Grave, the New Precipice Walk / Llwybr Llanelltyd, which offers breath-taking views, and Zip World Llechwedd for an exhilarating afternoon.
