    “We loved this spacious comfortable house and had a great Christmas break- the kitchen is well equipped and plenty of great living space which was beautifully decorated for Christmas thank you .”

Grab a bottle from the wine cooler and set up the dining table to savour a family meal and plan your holiday adventures.

Completing the ground floor is a handy cloakroom and a utility to quickly freshen up towels and bathing suits ready for another day by the sea.

Upstairs, you'll find the sitting room with a Juliet balcony, sofas, and a Smart TV; there's plenty of natural light to snuggle up on quieter days and read a good book.

You'll love the multi-level terrace during the summer months to climb up to the highest platform with outdoor seating and admire far-reaching views of Pwllheli, the harbour, and distant mountains, with a cold beverage in hand!

The first floor also hosts a super king zip and link bed and a contemporary en-suite bathroom, as well as a family shower room, are located on the first floor, while a zip and link super king and a twin are located on the second floor.

Settled in the centre of Pwllheli, you'll have plenty to do on your doorstep; stock up at the local supermarket, dine at the Whitehall gastropub, and admire the boats along the marina.

Two sandy beaches, Traeth Glan-y-Don and Traeth Marian-y-de, and Clwb Golff Pwllheli are all close by to get outside in your stunning surroundings!

Journey further along the peninsula to Abersoch, a popular choice for swimming and surfing, where Abersoch Golf Club, The Cove Abersoch restaurant, and Traeth Abersoch provide plenty for a family-friendly day out.

Whilst you're there, the golden sands of Porth Neigwl and the 16th-century, National Trust-owned Plas yn Rhiw are both well worth a visit!

Head east along the coast to Criccieth, where Castell Criccieth overlooks this picturesque coastal town, while Porthmadog and the Italian-style Portmeirion are a little further along; why not take a ride on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways, a unique steam train travelling through incredible scenery?

Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is within easy reach, too!

This busy market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for its outstanding scenery, stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses.
