The property

This contemporary, detached, three-story holiday home, 3 Ty Stabal, is perched in the seaside market town of Pwllheli, Gwynedd.

This property in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty provides convenient access to the Llŷn Peninsula and Snowdonia National Park for a family or group of six.

A spacious kitchen/diner greets you with a Smart TV to watch your favourite shows as you prepare a delectable dinner using the high-quality, integrated amenities, which include a double oven, hob, and dishwasher.

Grab a bottle of wine from the wine cooler and gather the family around the dining table to enjoy a dinner together and plan your holiday agenda.

A convenient cloakroom and a utility complete the ground floor, allowing you to quickly freshen your towels and bathing suits in preparation for another day at the beach.

The sitting area upstairs has a Juliet balcony, sofas, and a Smart TV and an xbox games console; there's plenty of natural light to snuggle up and read a good book on quieter days and open the bi-folding doors which open out on the lower decking area.

During the summer months, you'll love climbing up to the highest platform with outdoor seating and admiring far-reaching views of Pwllheli, the Marina, and distant mountains while sipping a cold beverage!

A Super King zip and link bed and a contemporary en-suite bathroom, as well as a family shower room, are located on the first floor, while a zip/link double and a twin are located on the second floor.

You'll find so much to do on your doorstep, such as picking up essentials at the local supermarket, dining at the Whitehall gastropub, Selar tapas bar and admiring the boats along the marina.

Two sandy beaches, Traeth Glan-y-Don and Traeth Marian-y-de, as well as Clwb Golff Pwllheli, are all a short distance away.

Travel further along the peninsula to Abersoch, a popular spot for swimming and surfing, where the Abersoch Golf Club, The Cove Abersoch restaurant, and Traeth Abersoch offer lots of options for a fun day out with the family.

The golden sands of Porth Neigwl and the 16th-century National Trust-owned Plas yn Rhiw are also worth a visit while you're there!

Drive east along the coast to Criccieth, where Castell Criccieth overlooks this picturesque seaside town, while Porthmadog and the Italian-style Portmeirion are a little further along; take a ride on the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways, a unique steam train that travels through spectacular countryside.

Snowdonia National Park is also easily accessible!

The Park's magnificent sights include Zip World Llechwedd, Craflwyn and Beddgelert, and Ceunant Llennyrch National Nature Reserve.
