“When we arrived it was nice to find the property clean and tidy and a perfect location.”

On inspection we found there was only 3 glass tumblers (6 of us so had to share) also the freezer door was broken off the cabinet fixings. Contacted the owner immediately with pictures and he apologised as it must been prior visitors - was promised 3 new tumblers would be dropped round the next day but sadly promise broken. Apart from these minor things could not fault the caravan and its high spec. One small niggle was when we arrived both toilets had no toilet paper and if this is the norm then it would be advisable to add this to the notes like was requested we bring our own bath/shower towels.

Good evening Trevor thanks for the feedback I contacted housekeeping regarding the missing glass tumblers and said they would sort asap for me sorry this didn’t happen, I have now replaced them along with fixing the integrated freezer door, I usually bulk buy toilet rolls to last a good few rentals but seems they get taken going forward house keeping will replenish 4 toilet rolls for every new guest Kind regards Darren Property Owner

“We had a couple of issues which were dealt with promptly by the owner which was appreciated.”

Whilst the bed linen for the two smaller bedrooms were great, there were a couple of stains on the mattrass cover and pillow cases but appreciate the cleaning team were running late due to circumstances beyond their control. It would have helped if a small clothes aerer could have been provided to assist drying wet clothes. Overall we would recommend the property and would be happy to return if we are ever back in the area. Many thanks to Darren for his help.

Thanks for your feedback, we usually have spare bedding protection to be used on every changeover so will speak to the cleaning team to find out what happened to make sure this doesn't happen again. Towyn is a popular seaside resort residing in Conwy, in between the neighbouring coastal towns of Rhyl and Llandudno. This bustling town is home to a sandy beach which stretches for miles alongside Victorian arcades, classic fish and chip shops, and local pubs and shops. Popular attractions in the town include The Tir Prince Leisure Park, a thrilling amusement park boasting the North West’s leading Harness Raceway, the largest outdoor weekly market in North Wales, and a range of rides for all the family, there's also Knightly's Fun Park, a family-friendly attraction with a funfair with a vibrant bar and restaurant.
