“Dishwasher don’t work at all; lack of communication from Sykes.”

Really annoying when the dishwasher doesn’t work and there’s 8 of you. No washing up liquid left either. Needs more plates as only 6 dinner plates. Kitchen doors to outside are very stiff. Also bring your own pillows as the ones provided are not very good. Location very good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We’re sorry to hear there were some issues that impacted your experience. The dishwasher fault had unfortunately not been reported prior or during your stay. Once we were made aware, a replacement was ordered and fitted during the following booking, which did cause some unavoidable disturbance to those guests. We do apologise for the inconvenience this caused during your visit and appreciate your understanding. All other points raised have since been addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure the property is fully stocked with essentials, including washing-up liquid and sufficient crockery for future guests. We’ve also checked the kitchen doors and adjusted them to make sure they are operating more smoothly. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the location, and we do hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide a much-improved experience. Property Owner

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of £450
Note: There are 8 dining table chairs
