The property

Penllanw, a contemporary reverse-level detached house in Abersoch, is located on the seaside.

Penllanw's interiors are flooded in natural light thanks to the huge windows throughout, making it ideal for a party or family of seven.

When you arrive, park your car in one of the four in-demand off-road spaces in front of the home.

When you first walk into the house, go upstairs to find a stunning open-plan living room with a vaulted ceiling and plenty of trendy furnishings that give the space a rich atmosphere; the spacious sitting area provides for a lovely spot to relax, with grey sofas surrounding a flatscreen TV.

Continue to the wonderful kitchen, a sleek space with grey fixtures and integrated appliances for the group's chef to prepare delectable meals.

A kitchen is also located on the ground level for preparing meals to be savoured on the patio in the back garden.

Dinner may be served at the enormous dining table, which can accommodate the entire family plus an extra guest, or you can head out to one of the first-floor balconies for some alfresco eating before unwinding on the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine in hand.

When it's time to sleep, head downstairs to one of four fantastic bedrooms, one of which is a trendy king-size with an open-plan en-suite bathroom, a separate shower and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

A bright double room with built-in storage, a TV, and an en-suite shower room, as well as a delightful twin and single room with nautical themes, can be found further down the corridor.

A fantastic bathroom with a bath and shower over, as well as a cloakroom, are located close for your convenience.

With an elevated patio, outdoor dining equipment and a barbeque, as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on, the back yard is a great place to spend time during the warmer months.

Abersoch is not only home to a variety of eateries and independent stores, but it also has access to two fantastic beaches and a prestigious golf club.

After a day of fun in the sun, why not end it with a meal at The Cove, which offers sea views.

The home also has easy access to three beaches on the Llŷn Peninsula's southern end, including Machores Beach, Hells Mouth, and Traeth Porth, where you can relax and sunbathe while the kids play in the sea.

Travel to Llanbedrog for a morning of coastal birdwatching, followed by a stroll through the charming woodland, sunbathing on Llanbedrog Beach, and exploring the Llŷn Coastal Path to find further delights on the neighbouring coasts.

With so much to see and do in this beautiful location, from the settlements of Pwllheli and Aberdaron to the joys of Snowdonia National Park, there's something for every guest!

Penllanw is a great place to visit if you want to relax by the sea while staying in a stylish setting.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
