“Lovely property in a fantastic location.”

Living room and kitchen both great for families. However i would recommend a lock on the living room window for obvious safety reasons and a better mattress in the lower level bedroom. This would make the property a super 5 stars

The property

Preswylfa is a fantastic duplex apartment located in the centre of Abersoch.

The apartment is in a townhouse on the first and second floors with elevated views of Abersoch's High Street and Abersoch Main Beach, ideal for a family of eight.

Make your way up to the first floor of the turquoise residence, where you'll find a warm and comfortable sitting room, after parking in the convenient off-road area.

The sitting area has a wide bay window that not only lets in natural light but also provides window seats where you can read a good book; the room also has plenty of seating in front of the TV for a movie night with your loved ones.

The kitchen/diner, with its vaulted ceiling and sleek wood-effect fittings that include integrated, NEFF equipment, including an electric double oven, is a perfect example of the apartment's contemporary accents.

Enjoy a scrumptious lunch prepared by the group's chef at the beautiful dining table as the TV plays in the background.

When the day is done, choose between four beautiful bedrooms to sleep in, the first of which is a double room on the first floor with nautical characteristics, ample storage, and a TV!

The added benefit of being close to the elegant bathroom, where you may bask in the bubbles in the bath with shower above it, is twofold.

On the second floor, you'll find a king-size bed with an iron bed frame and trendy furniture, as well as a TV; this floor also has a beautiful twin and a bunk room for any extra guests or kids.

After a long day at the beach, the second-floor guestrooms have access to a fantastic shower room, where you can wash off the sand.

Make your way down to Abersoch Main or Harbour Beach for a day of surfing, sailing, or paddling after dipping in and out of the village's independent shops or stopping for a bite to eat in one of the many eateries; the village also houses the Abersoch Golf Club, so the group's putting fans won't have to travel far for a tournament.

The renowned Hells Mouth Beach, with sprawling sand dunes and ample surfing opportunities, is located on the southern edge of the Llyn Peninsula; from the beach.

You can walk to Llanengan and stop for a delicious meal at The Sun Inn, or take the Llyn Coastal Path towards Aberdaron, stopping at the wonderful landmark of Plan yn Rhiw along the way.

Llanbedrog, just minutes from Abersoch, is home to a number of outstanding restaurants, including the high-end Tremfan Hall, as well as a prominent art gallery, Plas Glyn y Weddw, and a walking trail that winds through its coastline and neighbouring heathland.

From Pwllheli to Criccieth, the Llyn Peninsula offers a wealth of attractions, as well as convenient access to the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, which offers numerous outdoor activities.

Preswylfa promises a relaxing stay with your loved ones.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.

Note: There is off road parking for one car but there is a curb which is not suitable for low sports cars
