“Amazing views, great location, lovely cottage.”
However, toilet seat loose, curtain pole in living room not attached in the middle first night we closed them pole detached and almost hit my husband on the head. One toilet roll is very stingy & would have liked a cafetiere, hair dryer & some oven dishes. Lots of polite notices around the house of what NOT to do nothing to say how to GET to the beach, coastal path, supermarket, nice restaurants etc, a guest book or even a pen & paper to allow us to leave these details for the next guest would also be good.Warm blankets for the evening would also be a benefit as heating locked at 21.
Thank you for your feedback and sorry it wasn’t a good week for you with the weather. There is a guest book in the kitchen on the breakfast bar for guests to read on arrival with full details of the house, how to get around and places to go.The house signs are for insurance purposes relating to smoking. Guests can control the heating up to 21 degrees which is higher than the letting agents advised in the summer months. There is a blanket in the utility. The facilities are ample for guests to settle in (as advised by agents) including many extras including a hairdryer. Thank you for suggesting a cafetière I will provide one but you failed to mention there was tea, coffee, fresh milk and cakes for you on your arrival. Feedback to date has said the house is well equipped. Toilet seat and pole will be checked. Thank you for your feedback
