“Lovely cottage in beautiful countryside, stunning views.”

Moonlight cottage is spotlessly clean and comfortable and it is the ideal retreat to relax and return to after a day walking in and around the Llyn Peninsula.

This secluded cottage sits on an elevated position with incredible, panoramic views of the surrounding coast and countryside, providing an idyllic base for two to spend a romantic break in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

As you pull up to the off-road parking spot and enter through the gravelled en-closed garden area, take in the expansive vistas.

This secluded outdoor location is dog-friendly and features outdoor seating to relax and enjoy the view!

Inside, there's a handy cloakroom to your left and an open-plan living space straight ahead, where you can start the gas fire, sink into the sofa, and watch your favourite show on TV.

Moonlight Cottage has been thoughtfully furnished with contemporary amenities for your self-catering stay, including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, while preserving much of its original farmhouse flair.

Dine at the table for two after preparing a home-cooked meal, or why not dine al fresco at dusk?

A spacious king-size bedroom with all the comforts of home rests upstairs, as well as a wonderfully well fitted bathroom with bath, shower over, and heated towel rail.

You can dine at Tŷ Newydd Sarn, a traditional pub in Sarn Meyllteyrn's village centre, and stock up on necessities at the village shop and butcher.

If you're looking for sandy beaches, Traeth Penllech, Traeth Porthor's golden sands, and the wide Porth Neigwl are all close by, whether you want to relax or try your hand at watersports.

Visit the nearby National Trust property Plas yn Rhiw, which overlooks the bay!

Abersoch Golf Club, The Cove Abersoch for traditional food by the sea, and Siop Fferm Abersoch for local produce are all located in the bustling Abersoch.

Alternatively, visit the lovely little village of Aberdaron to rest along Traeth Aberdaron, pick up a treat at Becws Islyn Bakery, and hike along the coastal path for breathtaking views of Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli).

Pwllheli, the market town, Criccieth, with its hilltop fortress, and farther inland, Porthmadog and the Italianate village of Portmeirion, are also worth seeing.

You'll also have Snowdonia National Park within reach, where exploring Ceunant Llennyrch National Nature Reserve, Zip World Llechwedd, or clambering to the summit of Snowdon Peak are just a few of the outdoor activities available!

Moonlight Cottage is an ideal romantic base, whether you want to stay close to home or explore more of North Wales.
