    “This cottage is an absolute gem!”

    It’s cosy, quirky, and beautifully thought out, with every detail carefully considered. The space is immaculate and feels warm and inviting. I personally love a dimly lit, cosy atmosphere, and the cottage had plenty of lamps to create that perfect ambience. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic—everything you need to cook and feel at home. The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the front, making it easy to get around. I personally love a dimly lit, cosy atmosphere, and the cottage had plenty of lamps to create that perfect ambience. The fully equipped kitchen was fantastic—everything you need to cook and feel at home. The location is ideal, just a two-minute walk from the front, making it easy to get around. Parking isn’t right next to the property, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. We noticed some previous comments mentioning the cottage felt “end of season tired,” but we completely disagree—it was spotless and well-maintained. Another comment mentioned the stairs; honestly, they’re exactly what you’d expect in a traditional cottage and absolutely not a problem. Plus, there’s a stair guard at the top for added safety. Would recommend taking a Roku or similar for the TV. Overall, this cottage exceeded our expectations. It’s charming, practical, and in a great location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

On the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, this charmingly restored mid-terrace cottage is located on a quiet street not far from Beaumaris town centre.

Seagull Cottage is a charming hideaway to call home while exploring this wonderful Isle and mainland Wales.

It has character, Georgian elements, and an enclosed courtyard, providing a homely abode for four guests.Enter a stunning sitting area with sofas that beckon you to relax and read a good book in the comfort and warmth that will put you at ease.Head into the kitchen, which has plenty of handcrafted units, upcycled storage, and all the modern conveniences needed for home cooking.It also has hints of colour and imagination to lure you in.

Step outside into the enclosed courtyard on those nice days for the perfect place to dine alfresco.Additionally, there is an exterior utility room with a washer and dryer so you can simply keep up with your laundry.

Head up the spectacular Georgian staircase to the first floor, where you may settle in to one of the luxurious master suites with a four-poster king-size bed or a twin room, each exquisitely decorated with great care to detail.There is a tonne of exploration to be done, so go to the bathroom and unwind in a sea of bubbles.

The high street in Beaumaris, where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and taverns and shop for necessities, is only a short stroll away.

Explore the nearly symmetrical stronghold that is Beaumaris Castle, stroll along the charming coastline and down to the pier, or get on a Seacoast Safaris- Puffin Island Boat Trip to learn more about the area's fauna and scenery.Further out, Caernarfon offers a wealth of historical exploration opportunities, including the UNESCO World Heritage Site Caernarfon Castle, Caernarfon Golf Club, and the indoor Beacon Climbing Centre.

BEAUMARIS

Menai Bridge 4 miles.

Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. It’s setting, diversity of architectural styles and periods, differing scale, open spaces, varying roofs and overall quality contribute greatly to the town’s character. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and public houses, as well as fishing opportunities and boat trips in the town, plus a golf course nearby. Along the coast is a large bay called Red Wharf Bay; its Welsh name is Traeth Coch (Red Beach) and the area is renowned for its glorious sunsets. The bay is very shallow and at low tide, almost 25 square kilometres (10 sq. mi.) of sand is uncovered providing safe bathing, perfect for wonderful family fun, fishing and miles of stunning scenic walks. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
