Good afternoon Mr Carrer, We are extremely sorry to hear about your experience. This review is the first we are hearing of this and we are appalled to hear about some of your findings. We are in contact with both Sykes and the property management company to see what has happened here as neither contacted us. Once we have heard back from both parties we will update you further. We will be requesting a full refund for you. Again I can only apologise. Property Owner
