Many thanks for your feedback it is very helpful especially for us as a new business. Unfortunately you provide no comments to explain your standard ratings. We believe the listing is 100% accurate but we will check it again so as not to mislead anyone. Comfort is somewhat subjective but no other guests have raised any issues. Was it something specific? The lack of some facilities was possibly the 2 pieces of furniture you thought would improve the Apartment and as you are aware we purchased those before you departed and they are now in the Apartment. We will continue to work hard to provide the best experience we can for our guests and, should you return, we hope you will find the Apartment fully meets your requirements. Many thanks Chris and Alison Property Owner
